Team Training may sound like just another name for Group Fitness, but it’s so much more. Our new approach to group fitness fuses the spirit and camaraderie of group exercise with the tailored workouts and accelerated results of personal training. See the true differences between the two in the handy chart below.

3-6 people per class 10-30 people per class

Caters to your fitness level: Training follows the overload principle—In order to improve, a person’s workouts must continually progress and change.
Caters to the masses: Training follows the one size fits all principle-Workout routines do not progress with participant’s needs and fitness levels.
All encompassing: Training sessions focus on everything you need to get healthy including cardio, strength, balance, coordination and functional training.
Singular focus: Classes are centered around one body part or fitness goal and can soon become redundant or contribute to muscular imbalances.

How does it work?

In the beginning, we consult with you to talk about your goals and gauge your current fitness level. From there, you are paired with a small group of individuals, who share your same fitness goals and fitness levels. These individuals make up your team.

Teams will meet up to three times a week. We offer flexible class times, including early morning, mid-day, and evening classes to ensure you can fully commit to your fitness plan.

Contact us to learn about our current teams. If we don’t have a team that fits your schedule or needs, we’ll just start a new one.*

Your initial session is free! After that, team training is just $20 per session.
