Personal training is just that…personal! A trainer will work one-on-one with you to customize a fitness plan that includes nutritional coaching for an all around fitter and healthier you.

In your initial consultation, you will meet with our head trainer, Ralph, to discuss your fitness goals and gauge your current fitness level. From there, your trainer will perform a postural analysis and Functional Movement Screen, a fancy name for assessing the parts of your body that are weak or imbalanced. After your consultation is completed, your unique fitness plan will be developed.

Your plan will include a mix of cardio, strength training and nutritional guidance as well as an emphasis on exercises that improve flexibility and posture. Your trainer will break your plan down, better than this beat boxing flute player, to show you how your goals will be reached from start to finish.

Don’t worry about hoofing it around town with your own equipment. For in-home training, we will utilize any equipment you have and bring our own.
